The program of the webinar:
As we proposed we will share with you personal stories of people with psychosocial disability ​who experienced the transition from institutional to community living. We will present and discuss the successes and hardships of deinstitutionalization from the professional perspective using examples from Croatia, Czech Republic and Hungary.
There will be space for the discussion in smaller groups and with the presenters, so you may join and share your experiences as well. We would like to create an open space for different perspectives because we believe it is important.

16.20 - 16.30 – The experiences from NGOs and social welfare home in transition in Croatia (Radmila Stojanovic Babic, Martina Baiocco)
16.30 - 16.40 – The tips and tricks to overcome obstacles during transformation of the long term living facility to community recovery oriented service in The Czech Republic (Jana PluhaÅ™íková Pomajzlová)

The main room with the speaker's presentations and discussion will be recorded for our internal purposes. The record may be used for training and public relations.
