Most of adolescents cannot have an access to psychological help. However they have a great deal of issues in this period of their life. InSight Teens – mobile application, which help teenagers
1. to cope with stress, anxiety,
2. better understand their emotions, feelings and express them
3. to raise self-esteem and confidence
4. to accept and love their body
5. to communicate efficiently with others
6. to set goals and plan their life
All techniques will be presented in easy and game way. It will be free for teenagers.
